Peter Sidwell will be doing a cookery demonstration at the Cumbrian Sausage Celebration based around the Cumberland Sausage and incorporating breakfast, lunch and dinner. Peter will be re-creating some of the dishes from his hit TV series Channel 4's Lakes on a Plate. Number Two chef Dan Grimshaw will also be doing a cookery demonstration based around the Cumberland Sausage.
Peter will then be doing a book signing with signed copies of Simply Good Taste and Simply Good Bread available.
