The Lovingly Artisan stand is going to be dedicated to the best of Sourdough. All will be able to taste a variety of sourdoughs including the famous Chili & Cheese bread recently seen on finding Britain's Best Bakery on ITV. The vibe will be bread - learning about the sours, and how healthy they can be for the tummy! On Saturday Aidan Monks will be sharing his knowledge and expertise - if you want to learn about bread, bread making and how to get the best out of your starter join us in Wainwright Yards near Pizza Express.
Aidan Monks is award winning - Best Bread 1996 & 1997 North West and1998 Best Bakery North West. Aidan has developed a cosmopolitan style of baking with a real authentic northern vibe. He is passionate about food from land to plate, his flour of choice is Gillchester Organics who are a leading specialty wheat producer.
