Carwinley Preserves is a small family business run by Catherine Bamford and her husband Chris. They make all their preserves in their cottage kitchen at Carwinley from homegrown or locally sourced produce using no artificial colours or additives.
As well as the selection of traditional jams, chutneys and marmalades, Carwinley Preserves makes chilli and spiced chutneys including their very popular chilli jam, they also make infused extra virgin olive oil using chilli or garlic.
Catherine and Chris' Lemon Curd has been used by celebrity chef Mary Berry and was well complimented by Jean Christophe Novelli.
